F.A.Q.
These might help if you're stuck
After booking you’ll be given the postcode and full address. The postcode does work in a SatNav – you just have to hold you nerve and keep going down the lane even if you think you’ve gone too far. That said, if you’ve reached a gate and the road has become a track, you’ve gone too far.
The cottage has a welcome manual with everything you need to know. Because of the rural setting the nearest shops are a drive away but there’s a farm shop 15 minutes away by car, small grocery shops, deli and bakery within 20 minutes, and a Waitrose and Tesco in 25 minutes.
There’s nothing like a fire, is there? But don’t worry, the cottage manual will let you know where you can buy more logs and kindling.
At the moment, no, sorry.
Standard broadband currently does not reach the cottage but we do have a mobile broadband dongle which is available for guests’ reasonable use.
Yes. It’s not massive – it is an old cottage after all – but it has all the usual Freeview channels.
